Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

Radon mitigation typically involves installing a venting system that draws radon from beneath the foundation and vents it outside, preventing it from entering your home.

Yes, it is recommended to retest radon levels after the system is installed to ensure it is working properly. Regular retesting every 2 years is also advised.

All homes, whether new or old, with or without basements, can have radon problems. Testing is the only way to know if your home is affected.

Installing a radon mitigation system can be seen as a positive feature for homebuyers, especially in areas like Colorado where radon awareness is high.
